Name and email address is collected from anyone who signs up through the website contact form to the newsletter list.
Sign up forms for resources or events will also collect and process name and email address.
Previous client notes from working with clients in person have to be retained for seven years.
Website user stats such as Google analytics monitors website use and details of how cookies affect you are listed in our Cookie Policy

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

Access to resources, promotions or events.

We use the information that you have given us in order to keep you informed of free resources, marketing purposes. We do not share your information with any third parties.

How we store your personal information
Your sign up form information is securely stored via Mailerlite facility.
We keep clients notes for seven years since last appointment. Previous written notes are shredded by a company who deals with shredding private information for business. Digital notes are securely deleted.
